After "failing" my first (wide bore) MRI at a different facility, I looked all over for an "Open" MRI which might accommodate my claustrophobia. This center was closest so, despite relatively low overall ratings, I gave it a shot. I must say my experience was EXCELLENT thanks to Paul, the Radiologist who took my scans and talked me through the whole process. He told me how long each scan would be, and how many more there were to go, so I had a sense of the overall timing, which helped a lot. Everyone else was very kind and efficient - it was over in no time, and I am very grateful.

Terrible scheduling. Rude people. Nice lab and doctors if you can get past the very difficult schedulers. They don't listen and make me want to find a different doctor. Only scheduling problem, not doctor. Very, very rude and loud. When I'm done with this doctor I'll stop going to this facility so I don't have to deal with the insane schedulers.

I came in for immediate care and everyone from checkin, PA, doctor, xray tech were very nice. I was in and out within an hour, with the xray and results. I liked Dr. Jamie A. She's caring, listened, gave her good plan and medications that worked. I'm writing this a day later. My temp was normal this morning (I've been sick since Thursday of last week). Because of the weather, I only relied on telehealth, but without being seen in person, the prescribed medications worked temporarily. But when my temp went up yesterday morning, I had to brave the cold and go to NCH in Schaumburg. I'm glad that's where I went because they had the xray there. If I went to my primary, she would have to order the xray and wait for results. NCH is great one stop place for medical care need that won't require a minimum of 4 hours+ like an ER. However, it also depends on the situation. Some medical needs may warrant going to the ER.

Don’t ever go here, they charge for “questions”. Took the child in for an annual physical and we paid for the visit right there at the clinic and now we received a bill in the mail for almost $200. There was nothing else done at the doctor’s visit besides the normal standard procedure. No shots, no treatment. We called to demand an explanation of the bill and the receptionist on the phone said we were billed the extra amount because we were asking the doctor questions regarding concerns about the child. The receptionist said “yes, questions do cost extra”. We were never told that simple questions at a doctors visit will cost extra… Ridiculous, never go here again.

Why do they keep removing my review??? My name is Ixiel Hernandez Stanev (DOB: 07/18/1984), and I am a patient of Dr. Sato. I am writing to report a concern regarding my visit on October 17, 2025. Whenever I am unwell, I request to see Dr. Sato; however, due to her limited availability, I am usually scheduled with another provider, which I understand and accept. Today, the provider I saw ordered a STAT chest X-ray since I am sick and not feeling well. After the order was placed, I waited in the lobby for over an hour. When I checked in, the front desk staff informed me that there would be a delay because the X-ray technicians were at lunch and expected to return by 1:00 p.m. I was willing to wait, as it was just after 12:30 p.m. However, around that time, I was later told it would be another 30-minute delay. I find this situation very concerning. Having all X-ray staff take lunch at the same time causes unnecessary delays and impacts patient care. Lunch breaks should be staggered to ensure continuous service—especially for STAT orders and patients who are not feeling well. As someone who also works in the medical field, I understand how important patient flow and timely care ar
